Tsavo East/West and Amboseli National Park Safari

Overview:

This wonderful safari will take you from Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park, onto Tsavo West National Park then to Amboseli National Park and back to Nairobi. The safari can be booked privately or by a group and can be tailored to accommodate your budget (luxury or budget) and your preferences.

During this safari, you will enjoy the Tsavo National Park which is one of the oldest National Parks in Kenya. The park is known for having quite a number of Lions that were sometime termed as the “Man-Eaters of Tsavo” and other animal species like the large herds of elephants. The Tsavo National Park is located in the southwestern part of Kenya and is made up of Tsavo East National Park & Tsavo West National Park. The two parks are separated by a railway line.

You will also explore the Amboseli National Park which is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by the vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season.
